Aligning Vision, Driving Transformation: UCYP University and KESB Group Set the Tone for 2026

Menyatu Visi, Menggerak Transformasi: Amanat 2026 is the gathering that brought together more than 300 staff of the KYP Education Sdn. Bhd. (KESB) on 5 February 2026 at the UCYP University Auditorium. This important occasion aligns priorities, strengthens shared purpose and sets the direction for 2026 and coming years ahead.

The session featured leadership addresses by Madam Norsazlina binti Che Ghazali, General Manager of KYP Education Sdn. Bhd. (KESB); Professor Dato’ Dr. Muhammad Fauzi bin Mohd Zain, Vice-Chancellor, UCYP University; and Ms. Suzana binti Awang, Chief Executive of Kolej Yayasan Pahang (KYP), each sharing perspectives on institutional aspirations, organisational progress and the collective role of staff in driving meaningful transformation.

In his address, Professor Dato’ Dr. Muhammad Fauzi bin Mohd Zain described 2026 as a defining year for UCYP University—one that calls for sharper focus, stronger discipline and a clear commitment to measurable outcomes. He emphasised that in an increasingly competitive higher education environment, institutions can no longer rely on conventional approaches, but must be prepared to evolve with greater agility, accountability and purpose. Highlighting the importance of quality, impact and industry relevance, he reinforced the university’s aspiration to strengthen its position as an applied and impactful institution that remains responsive to changing educational and workforce demands.

More than an annual address, the gathering served as a timely moment of reflection and alignment for the wider KESB group, encouraging staff to move forward with clarity, shared ownership and renewed commitment to institutional excellence. As UCYP University and its sister institutions continue to grow, the session underscored the importance of leadership, collaboration and collective action in shaping a stronger future together.
