UCYP University Expands International Networks Through the 2025 Creativity Olympiad

The 2025 Creativity Olympiad: Destination Imagination Korea Finals & Asia Invitational concluded with a Closing Ceremony at Yayasan Pahang on February 20, 2025. Taking place from February 17 to 20, this esteemed competition brought together talented participants from across Asia, providing a platform to enhance creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

Organized by JD Global Edu Incorporated in collaboration with UTOS EDU and Accurate Travel, the event was supported by the Korean Association of School Inventors (KASI), with UCYP University as the host. A total of 80 students from South Korea, Malaysia, and Vietnam participated, demonstrating their talents and ideas in an environment that fostered innovation and leadership.

The Closing Ceremony was officiated by YB Puan Leong Yu Man, Chairman of the Pahang State Committee for Unity, Tourism, and Culture. During her address, she expressed appreciation for the participants’ creativity and acknowledged UCYP University’s dedication to promoting education and innovation at an international level. Adding to the excitement, UCYP University’s team, Thunder Squad, achieved victory in Challenge D (University Category), proving their ability to apply creative thinking and innovative problem-solving strategies in a competitive setting.

Beyond the competition, the South Korean delegation had the chance to explore the beauty and cultural diversity of Pahang. Their visit provided meaningful cross-cultural experiences, strengthening ties between nations through education and shared learning.
