DISCOVER RUSSIA: EXPLORING EDUCATION PATHWAYS, CULTURE, AND STUDENT EXPERIENCES FOR UCYP UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

On 15 September 2025, the Russian LanguageCentre of UCYP University  organized an online program titled “Discover Russia: Exploring Education Pathways, Culture, and Student Experiences for UCYP University Students. The program aimed to spark students’ interest in learning the Russian language while providing exposure to educational opportunities and life experiences in Russia. The program featured two main sessions with
special invited panelists.

Session 1: “Education Opportunities and Cultural Connections in Russia” was conducted by Ms. Asiyat Tarchokova, Deputy
Director of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture (Russian House), Kuala Lumpur.

Session 2: “From Pahang to Moscow” featured Ms. Yuzarni Hanum binti Yusof, an alumna of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), who shared her academic journey and personal experiences while studying in Russia.
